Antonia Kenny, Kinlin Grover Real Estate
Licensed in real estate for over 25 years and also a registered architect in Massachusetts, Antonia Kenny has been a Cape Cod resident since 1975 and has lived and worked in most of the Upper Cape towns over the last thirty years. Her knowledge of the aesthetic principles of Cape Cod architecture, as well as a thorough understanding of construction, permitting issues and land values, provides her clients with a comprehensive overview of the issues pertaining to the transfer or development of property.
Antonia received a Bachelor of Art from Brown University in 1973, a Bachelor of Architecture from the Boston Architectural Center in 1981 and brings her expertise in the field of architecture to the real estate market. A former volunteer in the Sandwich youth Soccer and Art History Programs, she is presently a member of the Sandwich Health Association and active in the Sandwich Women's Tennis League.
